Your right to return

You have the right to return your order within thirty (30) days without giving a reason. The return period is thirty days from the day on which you (or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you) take physical possession of the goods.

How to start a return

To exercise your right to return, you must inform us (Homlore.com, 1 Rue Marguerin, 75014 Paris, France, email: support@homlore.com) of your decision by a clear statement (for example an email). Please contact us before sending anything back, and we will send you step-by-step instructions and the return address.

To meet the return deadline, it is enough that you send your request before the 30-day period has expired.

Condition of returned items

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition, with any tags attached. We may reduce or decline a refund for items returned in a diminished condition due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

Return shipping

Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email whether the refund is approved. If approved, we will refund the amount you paid for the returned items to your original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping was free, so no shipping charge applies.

Exchanges

If you would like a different design, color or another item, the fastest way is to return your order and place a new one. Email support@homlore.com and we'll guide you.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace the item or refund you in full at no additional cost.

Restocking fee

We do not charge any restocking fee on returns.
